Refund Policy

All orders are final, no refunds available.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at devianceeditor@gmail.com with attached photo of damaged goods. We’ll send you a return address and begin the process of resending you a new item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, send us an email at devianceeditor@gmail.com. From there, we’ll let you know the address to send it to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
